Expert dragon boat coach Tim Schaus from Nova Scotia gave the Avalon Dragons lots to think about during this training weekend! It was a fabulous opportunity to improve technique and bond as a team. Well done everyone! And huge thanks to Tim for sharing such a wealth of knowledge.
