What an amazing day at Paddle in Paradise!
Dragon boating is becoming one of the biggest summer sports on the Avalon with over 500 paddlers on twenty-seven teams participating in this year's Festival. Team Campia won the gold medal with a record breaking time of 1.09! Silver went to Memorial Sync or Swim and Bronze went to the MADHATTERS!
The Avalon Dragons won top team fund raiser and the top individual fund raiser was Shirley Thorne of the Avalon Dragons. The most spirited team went to Breath of Fire. Thank you for making our festival so spirited!
